Public Notice of Educational Rights

USD 240 will ensure that homeless children in the school district have access to a free and appropriate public education. Homeless students are individuals who lack a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence.

State Assessments

State assessment scores are available upon parental request. State assessment results are typically reviewed with parents at parent-teacher conference time, but will be available anytime after results are obtained.
